WHY THIS COURSE
This qualification reflects the workplace-based needs of the food industry that are expressed by employers and employees, both now and for the future. This qualification provides the student with accessibility to be employed within the food industry and provides the flexibility to articulate in the food manufacturing environment with a wide variety of specialization options and articulation within the food manufacturing industry.

Knowledge, comprehension, and application of language
Prospective students are encouraged to further confirm the above entry requirements with the College Head before ruling themselves not compliant. Experimental learning may also be considered.
Food and Beverage industry as a technologist
Modules Per Trimester/Semester
- Brew and extract a beverage brew.
- Evaporate of a liquid food mixture.
- Manufacture instant food powder products.
- Pack dried food products.
