The Induction Day for the Faculty of SETA QCTO will take place on 17 February 2026 at the Main Campus, 10 Station Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg. This important event is designed to welcome students, parents, and guardians and provide a clear introduction to skills based and occupational learning pathways.
The day will focus on orientating students to their specific SETA and QCTO programmes, training requirements, and assessment processes. Students will be guided through programme structures, workplace readiness, practical training expectations, and compliance requirements aligned with industry standards. Information on attendance, portfolios of evidence, assessments, and certification processes will also be shared.
Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to engage with faculty representatives, gain clarity on programme outcomes, industry alignment, and understand the support systems in place to help students successfully complete their qualifications and transition into the workplace.
The Induction Day aims to prepare students for a focused, disciplined, and career driven learning journey, ensuring they are confident, informed, and ready to succeed within the SETA QCTO framework.
